Permission

When you complete the form, you grant Photonatic permission to use photographs of your child taken during photography sessions for the following purposes:

• Website portfolio
• Online galleries
• Social media pages
• Printed marketing materials
• Promotional displays or advertising
• Any other marketing or portfolio use related to the photographer’s business

You understand and agree that:

• Your child’s name, school name, and location will NOT be used or shared.
• No identifying information will accompany the images. You are granting permission for the images only, and no personal data will be disclosed.
• You acknowledge that the photographer retains the copyright to all images created during the session.

In appreciation for granting this permission, the photographer will provide all photographs from the session free of additional charge.

This offer is available exclusively to selected clients and is not a standard service for all sessions.
